[Chapter-delegates] 2004 Annual Report now available

Dear Chapter Delegates:

The Internet Society's Annual Report for 2004 is now available online at:
http://www.isoc.org/isoc/reports/ar2004/index.php.

It provides a comprehensive view of all of the important work that ISOC is
pursuing in conjunction with its members and chapters. Please be sure to
pass this URL on to others within your chapter and to others of your
contacts who share an interest in the Internet.

After the Board meeting next weekend in Paris we will begin sending along
hard copy version for you. 

We now have two Annual Reports up on the web (2003 and 2004). With these as
records of what we have been doing, and with the latest draft (pending
ratification of our Board) of the Strategic Operating Plan
(http://www.isoc.org/isoc/chapters/SOP3-3.pdf) as insight into what we are
planning, you will have the complete picture of ISOC, its mission and goals,
and the contribution that the ISOC community hopes to make to a sound
Internet for everyone. Please share these resources widely.
