[Chapter-delegates] Chapter/Member Meetings at IETF Meeting in Paris

Dear Chapter Delegates:

Further to my note of July 19th regarding office hours at the IETF Meeting
in Paris and a possible chapter meeting, I write to give you a brief update.

Our office hours at the conference center (Le Palais des Congress De Paris)
where we will be welcoming any chapter delegate or member will be from
2:30pm to 5:30pm Monday, August 1st and then from 8:30am to 11:30am as well
as 2:30pm to 5:30pm Tuesday through Thursday, August 2d through 4th. 

Please do stop by if you plan to be there and please also do make this known
to your members. Here is where we will be:

(This room is on the mezzanine level of the congress center.)

As for the possible chapter meeting with social event on Thursday evening
August 4th we have had very little feedback. Consequently it has not been
formalized but we are open to arranging for that along with our co-hosts at
ISOC France even during the week there so please stop by and sign up if you
can make such an event.

We also would be happy to make appointments if these hours are not
opportune. Just e-mail one of us (Nelson, Jim or I - copied on this mail) to
make one.
