[Chapter-delegates] Migration of mailing-list: COMPLETE

Dear chapter-delegates list subscribers,
    I'm sending this note on behalf of Anne Shroeder. 

    The mailing-list migration that was announced on Wednesday is now
complete. 

You will receive notification as soon as list is back up and ready for you
to use again (which will in all likelihood be well before midnight GMT but
we mention that time conservatively). All settings and associated archives
will also be moved, so aside from the brief interruption of service, the
list move should appear seamless to you.  If you have any difficulties or
questions, please feel free to contact me.
