[chapter-delegates] ICANN Luxembour - ISOC "open office"

I have a wireless access point that I can plug on the cable in some 
rooms in SOFITEL/NOVOTEL as I understand from Lynn. I'm not staying 
there but in town next to the train station. I would need to go to pick 
it up. It would allow us to share the same link...
