[chapter-delegates] ICANN Luxembour - ISOC "open office"

The open office will be in room 22. I will be there early in the
afternoon Tuesday July 12.

I am still trying to work out where we can meet for the MMM in the
evening.  If you have any suggestions on a hotel you are staying at
where we could do this please let me know and I will follow up.  I will
check with Patrick Vande Walle as well.

where will that "open office" be? I suggest we use this time slot 
also for chapters' meeting.
