Yes, I've decided to go for it. And I think your agenda makes sense. I have 
to bring some soberness, though. We need not only my efforts, but of the 
majority of the BoT, if we want to change things. Therefore, we need every 
possible voice to be heard - another reason why I ask you to tell me your 
dreams.
