[chapter-delegates] Interest in Regional INET question

We have been organising for a couple of years now PacINET (Pacific 
INET). cf www.picisoc.org

It is very popular in our region and it is the main meeting for our 
members. I remind people that the Pacific Islands Chapter cover 22 
Pacific Islands Countries and Territories.

PacINET evolved from IT-Pacnet a meeting which was created 10 years ago, 
and organised by regional organisations
