[chapter-delegates] ISOC Response to Tsunami Crisis in Asia PROPOSAL

Perhaps the vast professional network that is ISOC could go a long way 
in facilitating a longer-term response and preventative solution to 
crises such as this Tsunami?

With all the professional and industrial partnerships and affiliation's 
we've cultivated I think ISOC could go a long way in helping to 
organize forums and discussions leading to a convergent / IT / www 
system that would aid in preventing the wide-scale human devastation 
we've witnessed recently.

Preventing, rather than reacting, is always a preferred method, no?
