I have read your "Internet Fiesta Proposed Plan Internet
Society of South Africa (ISOC-ZA) Draft v3: 7 January, 2005.

Good job.  Practical.  Contains the elements I believe are
necessary for such a project to be successful.

I strongly support this project.

I have a number of questions concerning ways in which we
might be able to support you -- but will discuss off-list
with you.
