[chapter-delegates] Please, hold on in case Georgian Chapter resolving

I'm delighted to make an exception and delay dissolving the Georgian
Chapter, but only if there is some actual activity in progress. We don't
need any additional time or process for that to occur.
January 31 is 3 weeks away and that is plenty of time for an Officer of
the Chapter to step up and make a declaration. If there is some
compelling reason to wait we will, but I do not want to automatically
grant an extension. When it gets to be January 31 and there is evidence
of activity then we will grant an extension.
All 6 of the Chapters on the list are there because we have had
essentially no contact for almost 2 years. We really do not need to wait
an additional 3 months.
The declaration that needs to be made is a list of the officers and a
list of the minimum number of 25 Chapter Members. This declaration would
need to come from an existing Officer as currently documented and known
by ISOC. Nelson is out but I'll ask Terry to put together who we believe
are the officers and send that to this list.
Alternatively, if someone wants to re-organize the Georgia Chapter, then
we need that to be declared by January 31. The way to make that
declaration is to fill out the Chapter Application on the web site. That
would result in the Chapter being downgraded to "Chapter In-Formation"
and they would automatically get 60 days to complete the rest of the
requirements.
