[chapter-delegates] Please, hold on in case Georgian Chapter resolving

I support Alejandro and Jacek in a delay in terminating the
ISOC Georgia chapter.

Without providing names of duly elected officers the chapter
will not be able to vote, but that can be separated from
terminating the chapter.

I propose the ISOC Georgia (GE) chapter be given:

  1. Three months to make a statement that the group
     intends to meet ISOC chapter requirements, and

  2. an additional three months to meet ISOC chapter
     requirements.

Any objections?
