[chapter-delegates] Please, hold on in case Georgian Chapter resolving

Dear All,

    I am in everyday contact with many Georgians networkers, some of them
being closely related to ISOC-GE. I volunteer to use my virca 20 Georgian
contacts to find out the reason of their officers being silent.

     I am aware of a large e-learning project just being started in GE 
(also AM, AZ),
which is a great chance for all their Internet community and will surely 
involve
many Caucasian ISOC members.

    So, I kindly  ask you to postpone the  dissolution of ISOC-GE  until 
we get
a reliable information about their current standing (BTW formally only the
Georgian court can do it...)
