Dear David,

Speaking with my chapter chair hat, I would like to echo what others and 
especially Christian de Larrinaga said on this list previously.

We need the full specs of the system to see if it can replace the 
infrastructure we have already set up at the chapter level. If not, we 
would need to develop interfaces to/from
our systems. This takes time, especially for volunteers. So the sooner 
we get the information, the better.
