[chapter-delegates] Two ISOC Founders receive Award

Dear Chapter Delegates:

 

Two distinguished gentlemen, and founders of ISOC, have been awarded a
prestigious computing industry award. Dr Vinton G. Cerf and Dr. Robert E.
Kahn have been awarded the 2004 A.M.Turing Award - see it at:
