[chapter-delegates] WSIS PrepCom II - Geneva

Please note that SOPAC, SPC and FORUM (Regional Pacific Islands 
Governmental organisations) is having a WSIS Regional Adviser at the 
WSIS PrepCom II meeting in Geneva this week: 'Apisake Makasini-Soakai 
from Tonga.

She will report back to the WSIS Pacific Stakeholders as well as 
represent the region.

I think ISOC will have some representatives there (Rosa Delgado?). Glad 
if you could get in touch during PrepCom with 'Apisake (she lives near 
Geneva).

Note: our regional organisations are active supporters of the Pacific 
Islands Chapter.
