Dear Nelson,

I must say that you were doing a great job. Sometimes in silence sometimes
in the public spot.
We meet last year in our Barcelona INET-IGC'04 and since you joined ISOC the
membership and many other tasks started to work again as I didn't see since
many years ago.

We'll really miss you a lot. Specially the Spanish spoken community.
I wish you the best for your new professional project.
