I would like to agree with and add to David's comments.

Nelson joined ISOC shortly after the introduction of free Global 
Membership, which was a major change in our membership program. 
Our success in developing and implementing the new program and its 
supporting system is due in large part to his dedication to both 
ISOC's vision and the needs of our Chapters and Members.  He always 
listened and he was always responsive.  His service was exemplary.

We are all privileged to have had the opportunity to work with him.
