[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Project Funding Program - September Applications

Dear Chapter Delegates: 

As previously mentioned, ISOC has this year initiated a Project Funding
program, begun this past Spring. For the second and final round of funding
this year, we will be accepting project applications for funding during the
month of September, from Thursday September 1st through Friday September
30th. All interested applicants should thoroughly read through the
background and guidelines for this program first at
http://www.isoc.org/isoc/chapters/projects/index.php. These guidelines
indicate how to apply and include mandatory provisions that must be
observed.

In this round we will have up to $85,700 to award overall, with a $10,000
per project limit. The overall amount is a discretionary fund and whether
that much is awarded will depend on the merit of the applications, as
decided by our Project Committee, as judged against our published
guidelines. The ISOC website will have all the details.

Applications will be accepted from September 1st and must be received by
September 30th. Please be sure to bring this to the attention of your
