I report a comment from one of our member, as I'm not an english
speaker, this escapes me sometimes..

Does ISOC have an editor of any kind? 
 
That report at
http://www.isoc.org/isoc/conferences/wsis/wgigcomments.shtml  has so
much bad grammar that you can actually get lost in the ideas that are
presented ;-)
 
It might be OK for some blogger's site, or a list like this, but for an
international organisation that is trying to say something serious it's
abysmal.
