[Chapter-delegates] Internet Society 2004 Annual Report

Dear Chapter Delegates,

As David McAuley recently announced to you, ISOC has now published its
2004 Annual Report.

The report is available at:

As we did before, we would also like to send hardcopies of the "2004
Annual Report" to each chapter to use whenever you need a comprehensive
description of ISOC and the important work we pursue together to ensure
that the Internet is for Everyone. Please distribute the Report to local
organizations, institutions, city officials, and other interested groups
and communities.

I need confirmation from each of the Chapter's president (or delegate)
for a Postal address where we can mail the reports. I will be sending 25
hardcopies of the report to each Chapter. If you need more hardcopies
please let us know at <julien at isoc.org>.

We are asking all Chapter Delegates to follow up with their Chapter
President/Chair to confirm the postal address. We will not be able to
send the 2004 Annual Report to Chapters which do not confirm the postal
address.

Alternatively, and in an effort to move forward using the new Membership
System, you may confirm to us that your chapter administrator has now
updated your chapter's postal address in the new Membership System and
that we may now use the chapter postal address that is specified there.
In this case, please confirm back to <julien at isoc.org> indicating that
we may now use the chapter postal address that your chapter
administrator has updated in the new Membership System.
