Michael,

I am sure (he says politely) that you will be getting
lots of help to fix this problem.

If ISOC Hq. does believe in supporting a disabilities
chapter, then perhaps it deserves some extra attention.

Just from my personal view, I know nothing about your
chapter except what I see in the ISOC chapters list.
Perhaps this is a good time to organize a worldwide some
worldwide attention and support for your chapter.
