 begged for help and never got any.  I sent at least two emails. No
answer not at all. NONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sent it to everyone on this list.

Now my chapter is no more because you woule not help?

I am copying Rosa and Veni on this so they know what happened.  

I am quite disturbed about this.
