[chapter-delegates] Support for Veni Petition

ISOC England would like to confirm its support for Veni Markovski's petition to be included in the Nominations for the "Chapter representative" in the forthcoming elections for the ISOC Board of Trustees.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to Veni for all his good work to date, and very much hope that he will have the opportunity to continue his good work for a further term as a member of the ISOC Board of Trustees.
