On behalf ISOC Senegal and in my proper name, We express our condolences to
his family and all the members of ISOC Ng. We pray Lord in his mercy to take
him in its paradise.
The work of all these pioneers, who on a national scale created a community
of interest, encourages us to do the same on the scale of the continent,
beyond the cultural and linguistics barriers which constitute today our
major handicap to boost Africa in the 21st century.
