[chapter-delegates] Support for Veni Petition

ISOC Senegal, Chapitre Senegalais de l'Internet Society apporte son support 
a la candidature de Veni Markovski pour l'election au Bureau de ISOC au 
titre des Chapitres.
Nous felicitons egalement le Comité des Elections et sa Présidente pour leur 
travail remarquable et leur sens du devoir durant cette phase de 
nominations. 
Car nous sommes convaincus que seul l'interet pour ISOC et son devenir a 
motivé les uns et les autres, et les debats qui ont eu lieu ne sont que 
l'expression de la passion que nous avons tous pour le devenir de notre 
association, sans exclusive et sans frontières.
