[chapter-delegates] Position of ISOC Italy on Veni Markovski's petition

The Italian Chapter of the Internet Society would like to support the 
petition sent by Veni Markovski so that he can be allowed to run as a 
candidate in the upcoming election for the Chapter member of the Board 
of Trustees. While we entirely support the work of the Nominating 
Committee, we think that, given the situation, it would be better to let
Veni be subject again to the vote of his constituents, so that they can
approve or reject his plan of action.

At the same time, we remark that the present discussions are severely
damaging the public image and the internal cohesion of ISOC, and we
encourage all parties to work to reduce such damage and to ensure that
all points of view in the ISOC community find a way to be properly
represented and taken into account.
