[chapter-delegates] Petition for the 2005 elections

On the behalf of PICISOC I support Veni Markovski for inclusion into the 
list of candidates to ISOC Board of Trustees because only the chapters 
via a democratic process should be allowed to re-conduct or not 
re-conduct Veni as a Trustee and not a selection committee set up by 
ISOC HQ.
