As Jacek pointed out, and as I have stated it, the issue is not my case. 
The issue is how do we keep ISOC accountable for all the things it does. If 
we had a process for elections, we might have had created a procedure to 
tell us what exactly happened, are the chapters being mistreated, etc., etc.
I don't doubt the selection of the NomCom, but obviously the founders of 
ISOC have created a backup procedure for petition. I guess at some point 
someone thought that this could be a potential problem;)

Otherwise, I agree with what Jacek wrote, and I find it in accordance with 
what I thought about it.
