So far we have explicit preferences as follows:

Tuesday April 5, 2005 at 7:00am - 9:00am (local time):
Lynn St.Amour, Stefano Trumpy, Osten Franberg, Alan Levin, Sebastian
Bachollet, Desiree Miloshevic, Abdelaziz Hilali

or

Wednesday April 6, 2005 at 10:00am - 12:00 noon (local time):
Lynn St.Amour, Patrick Vande Walle, Osten Franberg, Sebastian Bachollet


I have listed some people in both dates to indicate that they are okay
with either date.

It looks like so far Tuesday would be the preferred date/time for most.

There are many others physically present at the event but have not yet
confirmed any preference or have schedule conflicts.
