From January ISOC Polska members discussed a best choice for Trustee
elected by chapters. Debate was started during our General Assembly and
lasted for several weeks.

As you probably know we have had some dissagreement with you during your
first term. In several cases we were not convinced by your suggestions
and sometimes we were in doubt about your tactical and social skills.

On the other hand you cared about talking to chapters and you presented
coherent vision for ISOC and its key goals. In our opinion you tried to
make ISOC more effective, stronger and focused on most important issues.

We considered carefully what would be best for ISOC and we decided to
support you for second term as Trustee so we did not even try to look
for other candidates.

In my opinion there is no reason to change our position but we will
reconsider it at our Tuesday's meeting. For sure I am not impressed by
nomination committee recomendations but we need carefully consider if
there is a potential support for more widely accepted candidate.

Nevertheless you will get ISOC Polska support for your nomination petition.

By the way: during first part of last month I had a very busy time and
later I took a two weeks of vacations. Now I amback on-line and will try
to catch with all ISOC-related issues.
