Yes, you are right. That's why such meetings are easily arranged, if 
beforehand someone from ISOC would have contacted ICANN staff to see what's 
the schedule. It should not be the work of the President/CEO and the ICANN 
director(s) who happen to be chapter members, or ISOC Trustees, to do that.

Well, the message is sent to the chapter-delegates, right? While, of 
course, a meeting with all members is more than welcome - and all, please, 
feel free to approach me in Mar del Plata, I'd be happy to talk to anyone 
with no preliminary arranged meeting time; during coffee break, etc.
