Warm greetings from the Internet Society Kenya Chapter!

As you may be aware, the upcoming Chapters Advisory Committee (ChAC) Steering Committee 2027 elections present an important opportunity to strengthen the voice of our Chapters within the Internet Society. ChAC plays a vital role in addressing issues that shape how Chapters operate, collaborate, receive support, and engage with the global Internet Society community.

Throughout my leadership journey, I have had the opportunity to contribute to grassroots digital development, champion local initiatives, and foster collaboration across Chapters. Through inter-Chapter partnerships and collective initiatives, I have witnessed the immense value of working together to advance our shared mission and strengthen the Internet Society community.

I am therefore seeking your support for my candidature for the ChAC Steering Committee 2027.

If elected, I will be committed to championing practical and sustainable Chapter support mechanisms, strengthening inter-Chapter collaboration, enhancing local impact, and promoting inclusive participation in decision-making. I will also advocate for support frameworks that help Chapters remain active, resilient, and sustainable, while addressing the challenges that can lead to declining engagement and the need for Chapter revitalisation.

I believe that strong Chapters are the foundation of a strong Internet Society. By listening to Chapter leaders, sharing experiences, and working collectively, we can build a more supportive ecosystem where every Chapter has the opportunity to thrive and make a meaningful difference in its community.

Together, let us strengthen our Chapters, amplify our collective voice, and shape the future of the Internet Society.

I humbly ask for your support and collaboration as we work towards this shared vision.

Warm regards,
