          the next consultation round, there will be a clear option for
          chapters to indicate whether their feedback may be shared

          this first round will not be shared publicly, a summary of the
          main themes raised through the consultation will be shared in
          turn, along with an explanation on how those themes were
          considered in the next iteration of the Chapter Charter
