<p>If you are interested in the Code of Conduct work, You're invited to a 1-hour working session to co-design ISOC Global Community Code of Conduct moderation plans for the spaces you, as a global member, facilitate or moderate, whether they're events, mailing lists, forums, chat platforms, or chapter gatherings.</p>

<p>Using a 'Design Thinking' approach, we'll walk you through a series of questions and prompts to help you think about who is engaging with the Internet Society spaces you are accountable for. We'll explore challenges and opportunities you might see, and collaborate
on approaches and tactics to encourage 'Expected Behaviors' and address ‘Unacceptable Behaviors' in that space.</p>

<p><strong>In this session, we will walk through a new Moderation and Facilitation Playbook to</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Think through how the Internet Society Global Community Code of Conduct applies to the dynamics of your spaces (digital, in-person, or hybrid)</li><li>Share ideas and perspectives on the opportunities and challenges</li><li>Draft your plan: roles, reporting channels, escalation, documentation</li></ul>

<p>To get the most out of the session, come with a specific space or event in mind that you'd like to plan.</p>
