the Chapters election, there were five (5) candidates for one (1) seat.
Having received the most votes, Charles Mok has been elected to a
3-year term as a trustee.</span><span style="font-size:12pt"><u></u><u></u></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif"> </span><span style="font-size:12pt"><u></u><u></u></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">Voter turn-out in the Chapters election was <b>93.38%. Of the 121 eligible chapters, 113 voted</b>. In accordance with the
<a href="https://www.internetsociety.org/about-internet-society/governance-policies/procedures-selecting-trustees/" target="_blank">
Procedures for Selecting Trustees</a>, Publication of the Result, <b>Charles Mok</b> received 69 votes.</span><span style="font-size:12pt"></span></p>

Procedures for Selecting Trustees</a> state that, “ISOC will make
available a list of all Chapters eligible to vote in an election,
indicating which Chapters exercised their voting privilege.” I am

the Organization Members election there were three (3) candidates for
two (2) seats. Having received the highest weighted vote counts, <b>Barry
Leiba and Sagarika Wickramasekera</b>
have been elected to a 3-year term each as trustees.</span><span style="font-size:12pt"></span></p>

Any such challenges must include an explanation of the reasons for the
challenge. The President, after consultation with the chairs of the
Nominations and Elections Committees and
the members of the Board of Trustees, shall advise the challenge author
of the board's decision by 21 April.</span><span style="font-size:12pt"></span></p>
