Maybe we can even regularly announce it here on the chapter delegates list, unless ChAC can come up with an even better way of communicating to the chapters about the public board meeting and minutes information. But then again this is a board matter more than the ChAC so maybe the board can simply have the info sent to this list periodically? The smaller meetings tend to have a single agenda item and are usually pretty short. Yesterday's doesn't seem to have been posted yet, but it was considering a single item, the confirmation of the new appointee to the IETF LLC. The meeting was, as a result, quite brief.
