<div class="">One of the <a href="https://www.internetsociety.org/chapters/chapters-advisory-council/" class="">Chapters Advisory Council (ChAC)</a>’s advices in 2024 was to <a href="https://isoc.box.com/s/3sxwid43i1ifsvrtxi57lwanudrgop2s" class="">re-open
the chapter-delegates list to chapter members as observers</a> to enhance transparency and understanding of ongoing discussions concerning Internet Society chapters. The Internet Society’s Board of Trustees invited the ChAC to work with staff if such a change
to this list is required by the chapters. The Chapters Advisory Council Steering Committee (ChAC SC) therefore explored various options together with staff. The Full ChAC eventually reached consensus on their 19 November 2024 call to re-open the chapter-delegates
list archives to observers. </div>

<div class="">Our staff team has consequently worked on the technical changes to re-open the list archives and to add the necessary disclaimers to the list to ensure list members are aware that their posts can now be accessed via the <a href="https://elists.isoc.org/pipermail/chapter-delegates/" class="">public
list archives</a>.</div>
