newly chartered chapter in Malawi. Malawi is a landlocked
country in southern Africa with a population of over 20
million and an Internet penetration rate of 18%. Check out <a

Malawi Internet Development Workshop</a> and a <a

training workshop for Malawi’s policymakers</a>. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

initiatives, we believe the Malawi Chapter will be a strong
local advocate for our mission to build, promote, and defend
