This includes creating more opportunities for chapter participation in decision-making and policy discussions. I will push for greater resource sharing to ensure all chapters can flourish and collaborate effectively.</p><p><strong>2. Promoting Capacity Building and Diversity:</strong> I will champion initiatives that provide training, tools, and support to chapters, enabling them to address local challenges like digital inclusion and cybersecurity. I aim to increase diversity within our chapter leadership by fostering an environment that encourages underrepresented voices to lead and innovate.</p><p><strong>3. Advancing Global Collaboration on Key Issues:</strong> I will focus on creating stronger partnerships between chapters and external stakeholders to address emerging challenges.
