Meeting on December 11, 2023 in Tokyo. There, we held an election of<br>
the officers, and we are pleased to announce that we have decided to<br>
form ISOC-JP officers for 2024 as follows.<br>

- Vice Chair: Tomohiro FUJISAKI<br>
- Program Chair: Kumi MITANI *<br>
- Secretary: Yoshinobu MATSUZAKI *<br>

The positions of this year's ISOC-JP officers have been determined by<br>
