<div dir="ltr">We provided the correct link to the video training several weeks ago, and never heard back that there was any further issue with access (support ticket #13941). The other two tickets (#14046 and #14120) provided solutions to the original issues, but we are still awaiting responses as to whether things were resolved, or if additional support was needed.</div>

<div dir="ltr">In the meantime, we're working with Sarah Lake to have an additional email training set up.</div>

<div dir="ltr">It doesn't seem that there is any further action to be taken on this support ticket (#14194), so I'm going to close it out as these issues are being addressed in three other tickets. However, if I missed something, please feel free to respond and reopen the ticket.</div>
