What I will add is that there is a fair pause before the step 5, 'bulk email' option initially becomes available. Create the Campaign<br>In the Leader Portal, Go to “Chapter Emails”<br>Select “Email Campaign”<br>Click “New”<br>Input a “Campaign Name” – mandatory field<br>Input any other information pertaining to the Campaign in the applicable field(s)<br>Select the “Active” button<br>Hit “Save”<br>This creates the campaign.<br>2. Link the Campaign to a Journey<br>Click on Chapter Emails<br>Select “Email Campaign”<br>Select the Campaign you created<br>Under Campaign Messages select “Connect Campaign”<br>In the Journey field, start typing your Chapter name (i.e. Washington) and this will bring up your journey options.<br>Select the journey with the “TR” designation at the end to send a transactional email.<br>NOTE: The journey with no “TR” designation would be a promotional email that goes to chapter members who have not opted out of communications. <br>Click on “Save” -- this will take you to a screen where you create the message you want to send.<br>3. Add Recipients (For sending a message to all members)<br>Go to “Reports” from the Leader Portal,<br>Click on “Active Chapter Members”<br>This will bring up all Chapter Members<br>Click the check box beside the Chapter Name<br>Click on the dropdown button next to Export (at the top of the screen)<br>Click on “Add to Campaign”<br>Select the Campaign to which the email is being sent<br>Click on “Submit”<br>4. Create the Message<br>Click on Chapter Emails<br>Select “Email Campaign”<br>Select the Campaign you created.<br>Click on the preview button (eye) to the right of the subject line.<br>Select a Subject<br>Hover over the Subject Line box, then select “Click to Edit” to select one of the template subject lines.<br>Hover over the Rich Text Box, then select “Click to Edit” to enter the text of your message.<br>Once done, Click “Save & Close”<br>5.
