I have found two published resolutions on <a href="https://www.internetsociety.org/board-of-trustees/resolutions/" target="_blank">

Resolution 2024-01: Approve the Internet Society Board of Trustees Attendance Policy<br>
This was approved --- but nowhere can anybody not on the Board see what that Policy is.<br>

Resolution 2024-02: Approve the Internet Society’s 2025-2030 Strategy<br>
This was approved - with a list of Strategic Goals and a list of "Transformations as the operational actions needed to achieve the organization’s Strategic Goals and remain sustainable".<br>
<br>
However, 5 days after these resolutions were presumably voted by the Board of Trustees, the actual 2025-2030 Strategy Report was not published. And there are no minutes of the "public" nor the "executive" parts of the ISOC Board of Trustee meeting, as per Section
