Dear Christine,

its always the same song (as I said since 2015 and before - I
still have documents available): people complain, ISOC - maybe -
collects requests. Instead of taking those requests and complains
serious, ISOC comes up - time by time - with a feature monster
that was sold by an agency that neither understands what ISOC is
about nor has any idea of the context in which their product will
be used. I gave some examples - and others and I can show you more
- basic operations are complex or impossible, usability is not
given.

Thanks to the wisdom of Salesforce I need a tutorial to send
E-Mails to a list of Chapter members (if I'm allowed to do so), it
takes effort, time and learning to do things that should be
intuitive by state of the art. Sorry, as long as user needs and
common basic requirements are ignored boldly, I'm not interested
in advances like the "ability to type customized subject lines".
(Users of E-Mail can do this since 1982 [RFC 822] or even before.)
This all is simply insane.

And since all attempts of others and myself to help were
obviously ignored over many years I'm no longer part of the game.

My AMS usage policy: I'll provide AMS-help or whoever is
interested to have a valid list of Chapter members within AMS with
all data required. I'll leave it up to you how to use this data (I
neither have the time and often not even the authorization to feed
this data into AMS). Other usage of AMS will be avoided afap.

Best regards
