contact and confirm your page." </b>or "<b>Your Facebook
page will be permanently deleted due to a post that
infringes our trademark rights"</b></div>

or reported as spam, what enables them in the first place is
a, I guess, new FB feature called '<b>Guest Chat</b>', where
anyone can anonymously message a page. To get rid of these
once and for all, the only solution is to disable the feature.</div>
