        transition to our new Association Management System (AMS),
        Fonteva. Over the past few months, Internet Society staff have
        gone through a series of Fonteva training and discovery calls
        with our implementation partners. <b>We will complete the
          technical design documentation and draft the project plan over
          the next few days. This will include what functionality will
          be included at go-live and the go-live date itself. We expect
          to have this plan final by December.</b></div>
