Executive experience in ICT & digital transformation. As a Vice Chairman of Egypt Chapter, earlier I have </span>participated in the rejuvenation of the chapter in Egypt <span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;text-align:justify">and throughout the past 4 years has served the Egyptian Internet Society. While as a current member of ChAC SC, I have exerted efforts to serve all Chapters of Internet Society. I have led
major restructuring initiatives accomplished by adopting a multi-tier thematic approach encompassing
innovation, leadership and responsible cost effectiveness perception. On the professional level, Currently Dr. Sayed is the Director of </span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;text-align:justify">Strategic Planning, Assessment and Business Innovation</span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;text-align:justify"> for Learning Technologies</span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;text-align:justify"> at The American University in Cairo </span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;text-align:justify">whereas established digital transformation planning and external alliances management. Earlier 2013, Dr.
Sayed </span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;text-align:justify">Headed Carrier Services & Global Account Management</span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;text-align:justify"> at
Vodafone Egypt where she created the Carrier Services department handling new global
partnerships for </span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;text-align:justify;color:black">selling new technology of data services</span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;text-align:justify;color:black">. </span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;text-align:justify">By
the end of 2009, Dr. Sayed was the </span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;text-align:justify">General Manager for International
Commercials Affairs</span><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;text-align:justify"> at Telecom Egypt -The Incumbent- where established the
