<div dir="auto">A separate full ChAC call will be organised

ChAC community on Connect, which is the current
communications tool used by the ChAC to communicate with
all its members. It went out late due to a technical
glitch with sending the message to the list - apologies
for that - it was indeed supposed to go out two weeks in
advance of the call.</div>

<div dir="auto">Also, I had asked in a message to the
Secretariat about the requirement to register for the
session.</div>

<div dir="auto">This is linked to the decision to hold the
full ChAC meeting alongside Community Week. </div>

<div dir="auto">Community Week session, requires that
participants register for the overall event to be able
to access any session, including the ChAC session.</div>

</div>
<div dir="auto">The Secretariat had to work with the event
platform to extend the time participants have to
complete their registration process from 10 to 20
minutes in order to avoid a time out when people go
through registration.</div>

</div>
<div dir="auto">You must agree that some members of our
various chapters may not complete registrations, without
such unique follow up to ensure completion. </div>
