What resources and efforts would you like in particular? I believe
that I stand on firm ground when I say that the staff organization
has worked, very hard, both to consult with and interact with the
community around priorities for staff work since I arrived in this
position. What do you feel is missing?

Perhaps better communication? While you are correct that I am not a
member of *all* these groups, but only of two (chapters, former
Trustees), it would be strange if ISOC is actually reaching out to
the org members, IETF and IAB, but not to the two I am a member of.
Reaching out means to proactively engage, among them with asking
what are the threats for the Internet, according to the ISOC key
constituencies, and see what solutions could be provided nationally
and regionally, and then perhaps prepare some global positions? I am
sure that among the chapters (CC: them here, but perhaps we need a
separate conversation in the chapters' list) there are dozens of
people, if not more, who are keeping their eyes on the territories,
where they function, and could provide more ideas.
I could take your suggestion (below) that chapters indeed may need
better coordination with other groups from the ISOC family - perhaps
that's something else that should come from ISOC as a possible and
positive way forward.
Here's one examples: ISOC Bulgaria has been approached several times
this year by the Bulgarian telecom administration with questions
about certain issues, happening at the ITU with the renewed and
publicly stated position of several member states vis-a-vis the
issue of Internet governance and the role of states.
ISOC is following these developments, right? Maybe it should reach
out to chapters and other members, asking them questions about these
latest developments?

Again, a lot can be done to preserve the open, single, interoperable
Internet, developing in a multistakeholder environment; if ISOC is
doing it, then we should hear about it.
of course, since you are not yourself a member of all those groups
you listed, you may not be aware of the many efforts the staff
have been making. Perhaps your chapter needs some better
co-ordination with other groups? Is there something in particular
you would like, or are you expressing a general grievance?
