<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:13.5pt;color:black">This is to announce that the amendments to the Chapter Advisory Council (ChAC) Charter have been approved by 83 chapters during a ChAC meeting held today, 22 December 2020. The final tally was
83 in favor and 2 abstentions. The total number in favor was more than the 2/3 (76 out of 114 Chapters) majority required. Darres (Canada Québec Chapter) and Nabil Bukhalid (Lebanon Chapter) for the many hours that they put into preparing the proposed changes. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
